needs new entry

Sat Sep 13, 2008, 3:51 AM
Spring is here and now it's sunny and bright and gleeeeeeeeeeeee :D Maybe this is my social season.

also a meme cus :devcoldbloodedangel: tagged me ages ages ago:

somethng something 8 facts

1. I have a stitch right now probably from being too silly.
2. I am shy about meeting and talking to people (a Crit Flaw that's spoiled a couple friendships cus I panicked inexplicably and spent days unable to make any sort of contact whatsoever) and also I live relatively far out from the city/everyone I know. Which is why I'm sitting at my computer typing this instead of rocking outorwhatever at the party of a lovely bloke I know that's going on right now.
3. Extra sad factor: I'm being stitchy and typey all on my lonesome as my boyfriend has just abandoned me for dinner.
4. Most of my stuff doesn't even make my scraps gallery. In fact, I just uploaded some stuff to [link]
5. On that note, I bought a domain recently, at [link] but am revamping the layout soon
6. I look at most of my watchlist's uploads, even if I'm usually too out of it to actually comment.
7. My stitch is gone, but Taper Jean Girl just rolled on on my playlist and it induces some lazy rocking out and therefore I'm prolly gonna get a stitch again soon.
8. o/~ skinny little ankles and bony little hands o/~o/~ new song...and harley's back because i've taken so darn long to do this.

I'm working on comics again! The spring weather has made me ridiculously more cheerful...but my mood turns again as soon as the sky goes cloudy. Maybe I'm just sad.

  • Mood: Zest
  • Listening to: The B-52s - Work That Skirt
  • Reading: Romance of the Three Kingdoms
  • Playing: Princess Maker 5

Yay, Spae!

I know what you mean with Point 2. I can only hope that Uni improves my social skills by 300%.

Comics are wonderful! And it looks like you have some pathetic fallacy going on there. Despite the name, it actually just means your mood reflects the weather. Or possibly vice versa. I don't know, school has taught me silly things.
:icongalsic:
Needs more cooler cloudy weather over here...

Nice to hear things are movin' along for you, at any rate.

So...what does stitch/stitchy mean, anyway =D ? Does that have somethin' to do with being giggly and full of cheer?

And why does DA have so many ridiculous emoticons? I mean :pee: :fart: :jackdirt: seriously. It's out of control :p .

C'mon, people. It's "comfortable," not "comfterble." Get it straight.

Keep on rockin dear headbang:

Stranger: "What makes a good Aussie Chris?"

Chris: "I dunno, who the hell cares?!?"
:iconspectralaesthete:
:D Oh man, are you not in uni yet? I thought you were older (eek, that just makes you more adorable) Good luck with it though and yeah, network and abuse school's resources as much as you can. They're gonna be hitting you up for HECS and donations afterwards anyway :P

Yeah, I suspect my mood's been pretty heavily influenced by the weather lately...or I've just been pretty heavygrumpy and dark clouds haven't helped much. What did you study at school to learn that term anyway? :D

mweeeeeeee.

Where're you at? (What kinda weather do you like?)

As dead as my life has been lately, things kinda have to move along sometime. I hope.

ha! Stitchy should totally mean full of cheer, but no - I just had a stitch from dancing too hard.

Emoticons! Awesome for when you have nothing to say! ..Never seen that bunny-hamster thing before though, yikes. Also, have been checking out your stuff too (...although that's oddly true of all the masses who've commented here), but never had anything intelligent to say yet besides "omgyay "

Lawl, HSC coming up (Equiv of the Vic... Victorian... ah, i dunno. The year 12 thing). Scaaaaarrrrrryyyyy. ;___;

I learned the term in English, specifically studying Wuthering Heights (Wuthering means 'windy' in a gloomy kind of way).
:icongalsic:
Ah, I see. You should be more careful, then :) .

And I live right smack in the middle of the U.S. (Nebraska) where the temp's gonna be around 80 for the next week (needs me some 60 plzkthx...yeah, I'm wimp).

And yeah, I'm with you on the commenting. It's partly why, after over 2 years, my # of deviation comments is still under 200 =D (maybe I should put myself out there more...)

(I also have a lot of parentheses goin' on right now.)

Hurrah for glee!

And point 2 is half of the reason I've never come to Melb :D
